feat: lock app into portrait mode

Description:

Currently, the application can be used in both portrait and landscape orientations. However, some screens encounter UI glitches and inconsistent layouts when the app is rotated to landscape mode. To ensure a consistent and smooth user experience, the app needs to be locked into portrait mode.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The app should remain in portrait mode, regardless of the device's physical orientation.
• The change should apply universally across all screens in the application.
• Existing functionalities and layouts should remain unaffected after implementing the portrait lock.
• Add a brief message in the app's documentation or release notes to inform users about this change.
