Configurable regex

Hey,

I don't quite follow the reason for only matching <\x03 .. \x0F> but the bridge bot I'd like to use this for does not send those bytes. What do you think of making the match regex configurable, possibly per bridge bot nick, or at least making those bytes optional?

The reason for matching those bytes is so it matches the bridge bot I use 😆 - I would have to look at how to safely accept user-supplied regex (I'm not sure if there's any possible security issues with this). This is a concern as the users who are configuring the Arnie module may not be administrators of the server, and so this may supply them with an attack vector. (From a brief search, it looks like the most plausible attack would be DoS on very complicated regex). But certainly if it's possible to implement safely, I'd love to support this feature!

What do you think of a user configurable wildcard pattern (https://docs.python.org/3/library/fnmatch.html), then a more lenient regex as a pre-match and validation of the match using the wildcard pattern? Too complicated?
