Feature Request: Animated Texture for Temporal Block #8

I would be happy to come up with a texture for the Temporal Block, as I have access to Photoshop.It would take me a week at most. 64x is my style of choice, as it is higher res, but not over the top.
As for the design, I was thinking of a base of subtly noisy Navy Blue, with a circuitry pattern with 'marching ants'. Or, maybe a moving static pattern; I can do that as well. I could also do an animated hourglass.
I would also love to see connected textures. The best method I can think of would be to overlay border sections and corners based on the surrounding blocks. These methods should be client side, and would only be called if there is a chunk update. If you can manage the code behind it, I will make the texture.
