[MINOR-ISH] Too many seconds in a minute

So my pickaxe clockwork recently got memory added, and I started mining to build up Time Sand. Imagine my surprise when it eventually read 1 minute 75 seconds. I'm not sure, but I think that a minute contains 60 seconds.

The "Minutes" and "Seconds" display is a bit misleading.
A "Minute" on the GUI is actually 100 seconds, corresponding to the (default) 200 seconds of time required to turn a block into a temporal form.
