Demo is broken #45
Description
Your demo at https://luuka.github.io/GPXParser.js/ is broken.
When I click "Load a demo GPX file", my JS console (Firefox on MacOs) shows:
gpxParser.SAMPLING_MODE is undefined
Clicking "Start the demo" results in
TypeError: FileReader.readAsText: Argument 1 is not an object.
Quickly tested on Chrome as well, same issue there.
Loading any .gpx file I have myself doesn't work either.
