Create new folder structure

Description

The repo has already too many files. Let's put some order here by creating folders.

Requirements

Things you need in order to complete the issue.

• Change where to look for dependencies in the main.py file.
• Change Dockerfile

Acceptance Criteria

Criteria that must be met in order to close the issue successfully.

• An src folder contains the minor python scritps.
• An mlops folder contains the mlops files (docker, requirements, aws...
• The training job can be launched without problems
