Mouse cursor on 2nd monitor

Hello,

I use the "borderless fullscreen windowed" feature because I have two monitors and would like to switch between apps.

However the mouse cursor gets stuck in the main monitor where the game is running. Is there a way to make the mouse cursor available again when alt+tabbing between the game and other apps?

I was about to report on this myself.
It turns out: You CAN move your mouse freely between monitors with alt+tab while in borderless fullscreen, as long as
Disable Pause on Focus Loss is set to Enabled = false
