Add debug output to Protocol #78
Description
There are many instances in Protocol where a RemoteError results in a negative reply with only a short description, eg. INITREMOTE-FAILURE or CHECKPRESENT-UNKNOWN. It should prepend the stack trace via DEBUG to help troubleshooting.
