When delete image and new image takes its place and you click on preview, it shows deleted image

What happened?

Hello, the output tab contains images (in a grid) and folders, right? When I permanently delete an image using the Stability Matrix, the image disappears from the grid, which is good. I generate a new image. When I click the image to see it bigger, it shows the previously deleted image. Sometimes, this happens, and sometimes, it doesn't.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Stability Matrix
2. Start up a UI (i.e: AUTOMATIC1111, ComfyUI)
3. Generate an image
4. Go to outputs
5. Delete image
6. Generate another image
7. Go to outputs
8. Click on image to view bigger version
9. Problem
