What happened?

Everything was working just yesterday, but today I tried to run forge neo, which I've never had any problems with, and it gave me the error "PyTorch is not able to access GPU." I tried to reinstall it, but it didn't work. Now, any package I try to install doesn't want to install. Windows 11

The same problem as yesterday

I attempted to install forge neo on its own. Initially, it failed because it wasn’t compatible with the most recent Python version. I uninstalled all versions and installed the one recommended by forge neo during setup - version 3.12.13. After that, everything started working as expected, and I successfully generated an image. I assumed the issue was with Python and decided to try it in Matrix. Nevertheless, it still wouldn’t let me install the package. I’m quite sure that the problem lies in Matrix, since everything functioned properly when tested separately.

I've never been able to get AI Toolkit to install using Stability Matrix. I have a 5090 and am running Linux (OpenSUSE and Kubuntu).

I've been having trouble with stability matrix on just about all the installs but in my case the error message is a bit different. What is odd is that none of this started until I ran into the problem with Neo trying to update.
