CraftTweaker support for adding in custom recipes / building mod compatibilities.

This is an enhancement for adding in the ability to add custom recipes via CraftTweaker zen scripts.

This feature would allow pack devs to put in any missing recipes from mods lacking support.

As an example, Rockhounding Chemistry mod has customizable recipes for throwing items into toxic waste. I would love to add the recipes I create into JETIF.

Turns out RockHounding Chemistry already adds a Toxic Mutation tab to the JEI, I just had not found it till now!

Anyway, feel free to close or possibly CraftTweaker scripts might still be a useful way for pack devs to add in new content themselves.
