[Suggestion] Amplified Worlds & Biome Scale

Add amplified worlds to the game! This feature does exist in newer legacy console edition and its pretty cool! So why not trying to backport them? Another feature is the Biome Scale. This is also a feature from later title updates.
Just try to backport them :D

Biome scale is a feature that I wish Java Edition had proper support for without the use of datapacks and such to be honest, it's great.
