Are you able to replicate this without every mod on Curse installed?

This is a very strange error. I suspect that some mod is completely changing the crafting system

conflicts are likely between AutoPackager and Progression. because without one of the mods everything works fine.

Oh, you have Progression. That's a known conflict, though it just didn't work rather than crashing.

I don't know if Progression is the specific culprit here, but something is doing it.
