Discourage setting max memory different from min #4
Description
Setting max and min separately is considered harmful. But we still need to provide the option for those who think they know what they're doing and don't mind the performance hit.
So, disable max memory setting by default and require a checkbox to unlock it - which displays a dialog explaining that what they're about to do is a bad idea.
