Index text in PDF overflows #76
Description
On the index pages of the PDF, the text sometimes overflows.
See for example page 137 of the PDF on CRAN: https://cloud.r-project.org/web/packages/NGCHM/NGCHM.pdf
This was first noticed in version 1.0.4
