FRDR data archiving

Some files archived in the FRDR data archive were created with scripts that aren’t yet archived.

Going through these spreadsheets and reviewing the notebooks/scripts used. Checklist for spreadsheets is if they are in Tidy format (per FRDR request) . Checklist for script is if they are transferred to the Git repo and polished for archiving.

• oil_capacity.xlsx
  • Need to make sure that the data sources in tab “data sources” are referenced in our manuscript, particularly ECY guidelines for determining oil spills....
  • Ditto with the ATB-tub attribution website noted in “unit conversions” tab
  • tanker tab references QAQC_Tanker_AISlenghts_....ipynb. Make sure we have this notebook (or derivative) in code repo.

• Origin_Destination_Analysis_updated.xlsx
  • “Vessel Length” tab needs a lot of work to make tidy, and i can’t remove it b/c it’s used in Part1_discussion_QAQC_spills.ipynb

• spill_event_probability.xlsx
• ATB_fullness.xlsx
  • created by make_ATB_fill_fraction.ipynb (moved from analysis-rachael/notebooks/monte_carlo/backups/make_ATB_fill_fraction.ipynb). Now in /notebooks/ECY_transfers/make_ATB_fill_fraction.ipynb as well

I made as few changes to oil_capacity.xlsx as possible to make tidy so as to not break any code that reads in this resource. Added columns V and W to change color coding to “x” for checking barge/tug marriage source.
