Ability to dsable message "No internet"

Hi,
I often receive this message from telegram bot:

> Mi hai riavviato, ai tuoi ordini
> Error: EFATAL
> Description: No internet ?
> 
> Servito da TelegramBot Service

I don't know how it checks the internet connection, but I'm always connected without any interruptions. Sometimes I receive dozens of this messages, so I had to put the bot silenced.

Is there a way to disable this message?
