IT TRENITALIA refers to OperatingPeriodRef but instead provides a UicOperatingPeriod #13

And this stipulates that people really have no clue what they are doing. So you would actually want an UicOperatingPeriodRef here but for some reason that never made the documentation. Now the producer knows they are in fact referring to another class, but fail to provide this as a nameOfRefClass attribute. So far for European standardisation.
