What should we do different with Swiss interchanges

Currently python -m tools.script_runner ./tools/tool_scripts/script_regression_basic.txt mylog.log swissinterchangeepip
is producing a lot of errors.
Stefan mentioned that he thinks we are doing interchanges not in a good way. We ought to discuss this online

I guess they need to be handeled better. We think we are valid currently and we need those in the data
