Releasing &/ packaging

As a user:

• It should be easy to run this:
  • Binaries should be available.
  • Maybe even things like a docker image, asdf plugin, or similar.
• Code changes here should become new/distributed versions.

As a maintainer:

• Providing the above should be automated.
