support for matplotlib

When I try to run matplotlib in pyodide, i get the following error.

Any chance it can be fixed easily?

Native canvas plotting with matplotlib in Pyodide isn't easily supported out of the box—it usually needs some extra setup to work properly in the browser.

And I'm sorry I don't have musch time to implement this feature right now

You can preload micropip

await pyodide.loadPackage("micropip");

and in the script load matplotlib

import micropip
await micropip.install("matplotlib")
import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
 
x = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
y = [i**2 for i in x]  # [1, 4, 9, 16, 25]
 
plt.plot(x, y, label="y = x²", color='blue', marker='o')
 
plt.title("chart y = x²")
plt.xlabel("x")
plt.ylabel("y")
plt.legend()
plt.show()

The graph will be added to the end of the html body
