RKF FOR later version of MVS

RAKF is a great way to secure an MVS system when you have multiple trusted users loggin into your system. It's not protecting your system from untrusted users, but it's good enough.

But RAKF won't run for newer systems, like MVS/SP. For example, in MVS/SP, all of the security calls throughout the system have changed over to use the single, newer RACROUTE macro (instead of the older RACHECK, RACDEF, RACINIT and so on, of MVS 3.8).

I do have a patch that makes RAKF work also for systems using RACROUTE to check for permissions. it' not a small patch and it touches a lot of RAKF areas. Bu tit works.

I love this idea. This is kind of an older repo, Ive made a more up to date repo over at https://github.com/mainframed/RAKF/tree/mvssp
