RAFUSER and RACFPROF #3

Hi,
I have made an update on these modules, to remove the need of alphabetical order of the members RAKFUSER and RAKFPROF.
In RAKFPROF I also changed the subpool of the User table from 241 to 231 (not 227, that's fixed storage). SP 231 is fetch protected pageable storage in CSA/ECSA.
I have attached both sources.
