Recommended to change the source code which using openslide to use tiffslide

Since pyvips conflicts with openslide on Windows（see at ）, we can't use openslide and pyvips at the same time on that platform without a lot of work. It is highly recommended to change the source code which using openslide to use tiffslide.

Thank you for the suggestion. The library was developed with Linux (and WSL) as the main target. We will think in nearby future how to include the tiffslide so it's possible to use the library easily on Windows. The openslide dependency has to stay in the library due to the needed support for DICOM files (not supported by tiffslide yet). In meantime - please consider using the library on Windows by running it via WSL.
