Support for multi channel fluorescence images

Hey there!

Thanks for the useful tool!

I was wondering, do you have any plans to implement support for multi channel fluorescence images (mIF)?

I tested registering an H&E slide with DAPI ( with the mIF image as the source), which works great, but the written file is only the DAPI channel, and all other channels are not written. Ideally, the exact same registration parameters could be applied to all other channels of the image and a multi channel file written?

Is this there some solution to already do this or will something be implemented in the future?

Hi,

I would need to see the exact data format to add this feature (actually it should work automatically - the deformations by default are applied to all the channels, however, it depends whether the format is supported by .tiff saver).

For now the workaround is to register the images normally but then apply the deformation to all channels separately and combine them afterwards.
