How to show thumbnail in CMS

It would be great to be able to show a thumbnail preview in the CMS grid field for pages / data objects which have a CloudinaryImage. I've tried to work out how to access the URL of the CloudinaryImage on the CMS side, but no luck so far... any clues?

I've managed to work around this using the following:

public function getGridThumbnail() {
        if ($this->CloudImage) {
            $imagedata = json_decode($this->CloudImage,true);
            return DBField::create_field('HTMLText','<img src="https://res.cloudinary.com/mycloudname/image/upload/f_auto,q_auto,g_auto,c_fill,h_75,w_100/v' . $imagedata["version"] . '/' . $imagedata["public_id"] . '">');
        }
        return "";
    }
