Add durability to divining rods

Is it possible to add durability to the rods for balance?

Sweet. I am working on a miner faction system that uses the rods.

Neat! I'll probably do a system where every rod has 1000 durability, and loses 1 per x seconds, with x being 0 for the default, adjustable in the config.

This should be live on the main branch now. The current system drains durability every x seconds (defaults to 0) and allows you to enchant the rod with Unbreaking and Mending. I won't make a new release just yet, there is more changes to be made and more testing to be done. I'll keep this issue open until I do.
