Placeholders cause severe lag due to unsafe database querying

A clear and concise description of what the bug is. The placeholder for nicknames can cause severe lag due to the plugin querying the database. This can cause severe problems when being used for network tab menus. 

I have made a temporary fork as a work around to prevent the querying by adding a new placeholder to only use the in memory cached nickname as the placeholder.
