Attempting the send with already spent proofs should remove those proofs #708
Description
We have two types of sends:
- ln send (cashu send quote)
- cashu token (cashu send swap)
We need to make sure that when those are processed, if the selected proofs are already spent in some other way (e.g. manually outside our app) that we remove them from the account and show the appropriate message to the user and the send should be either failed or retried with different proofs.
