Add warning icon to homepage balance for offline spark wallet

Spark has handling for when the wallet is offline and we show a warning icon next to all the place the spark balance is displayed. We discussed in discord that there should also be a warning icon next to the balance on the homepage when spark is offline and I forgot to add that. We should add it
