Remove ScrollArea ui component

The docs for the ScrollArea say "Augments native scroll functionality for custom, cross-browser styling". We do not have a native app so this is not useful for us. Also using this component keeps causing me problems when I'm trying to make scrolling work. overflow-y-auto scrollbar-none works much better. I don't think native scroll means native/mobile app. I think it means the scroll native to the browser. So if we don't care about cross browser styling we don't need it, if we do we might need it.

Oh yea you're right. That's why I needed to add this change to tailwind for removing the scrollbar. I'd still rather remove it and create our own custom class if needed for cross-browser.

See this change in discover-gift-cards.tsx where we apply the classes needed for cross-browser, we should make this into a tailwind var and use this everywhere that we remove the scroll-area.
