Minimal member selector component

Commands like 'Mark Member Trained By ' require entering 2 member numbers - the trainer and the person who was trained.

The current member input selector takes a whole page so we need something that more clearly shows what you are selecting.

Also needs to support filtering the valid inputs that are displayed
