Unable to compile iOS-Signal-Debug instance #1

Hello! I was recently following along with the related blog post but had to delete the Signal-iOS instance. When I attempted to rebuild it today, I encountered an issue with the MobileCoin library which seems to be related to FogView+TxOutFetcher.swift
