Improve installation documentation

This problem was raised by students from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. There is no tutorial-like video showing how to exactly set up a local-computer mariadb_kernel on jupyter from scratch. Also there needs to be text-based article showing the exact same thing in the official documentation.
