Description
Turbine parameters inputs – the months and input boxes are hard to get lined up without making sure the window fits in the screen. It means zooming the screen to make it fit and if the screen is small (like my laptop!) it makes it so small it was hard to read the values. Very minor, but if it’s possible to change it so the monthly input columns always line up with the column headings (i.e. Jan, Feb, Mar, etc.) that would make using it much more pleasant.
Wind farm features tab – it would be really useful to add something to the pop up dialogue boxes to state that the Latitude and Mean Width are calculated from the shapefile. It’s only mentioned in your video and not in the help file. The video is really helpful though!
Species parameters – the pop up dialogue boxes aren’t appearing when you hover of the “info” characters. V. minor but I thought you might want to know.
The blank worksheet that can be downloaded doesn’t have a file name, just an extension. It’s easily fixed by renaming it, but if you could name the file “template.xlsx”, or something? That would be helpful.
When I tried to upload a completed template file it gave an error that the column headings were wrong. I didn’t change these so there must be a mismatch between the template file and the look up in the code somewhere.
Generate report – I got the error “site not available” whenever I tried to download the generated reports. The same thing when I tried clicking “resume” too. Again, a very minor issue as between the downloaded constructed scenarios and the downloaded results tables, everything is provided.
