Add all liquidity pools per token automatically

I've noticed that the site breaks itself when someone moves liquidity to an unknown DEX. Basically, my suggestion is that the site automatically takes all the available liquidity pools that it can scan, and if it's from an unverified DEX, mark it accordingly.
