• Context: Resolving disputes manually (Human Arbitration) is slow and expensive as the marketplace scales.
• Problem: Admins are currently overwhelmed by minor "he-said, she-said" disputes that could be pre-analyzed.
• Acceptance Criteria:
  • Develop a worker that feeds dispute evidence (buyer's complaint, seller's response, and chat logs) to an LLM.
  • Have the AI generate a "Conflict Summary" and a "Recommended Resolution" based on platform TOS.
  • Expose this "AI Recommendation" to Admins in their arbitration dashboard to speed up their decision-making process by 50%.
