France states are outdated #227
Description
Due to the merging of french regions into super-regions, it feels weird having both "Nord-Pas-De-Calais" and "Hauts-de-France" which both contain the same states (with Picardy added onto it).
I'll be opening up a PR to rectify this to only include super-regions, please tell me if you would prefer to have the subregions instead, as the definition of the super-regions is fairly contested by the population.
