Edit Season Words from the frontend

Description of the current behaviour
The only way to edit which words are shown as season words is through code.

Description of the behaviour you'd like
Admins (which could be users manually upgraded through a mysql query) should be able to edit season words from the frontend, so it's easier and can be done by @Atlantidattt (among other people).

Description of considered alternatives
Having to change code to do so is tedious and impractical and requires changes without testing or commits just for that.
