Validation in new input data for having unambiguous peak annotation to peak assignments #35
Description
An unambiguous assignments between peaks and their annotations is not there yet.
Only a matching same or very similar m/z values is currently one approach to tackle that problem, algorithmically.
A safer and clear solution would be if the validation routine for new data checks for assignments in case annotation data is provided as well.
