ReProvision doesn't auto/background resign #171

Describe the bug
ReProvision doesn't auto/background resign, even when reinstalled.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install ReProvision
- Sign any app
- Turn on auto/background resigning
- Wait until ReProvision should auto/background resign the application
- ReProvision doesn't auto/background resign the application
Expected behavior
The expected behavior is that ReProvision will auto/background resign applications.
Device (please complete the following information):
- iOS: 13.2.3
- Device: iPhone XS
- Experienced on other devices, I'm not sure what OS/device they are though
Additional context
I understand that ReProvision is EOL, but this is the only fully on-device resigning application that is available to the public (Extender doesn't work anymore).
