Seed Totem - Current Game Update (Ashlands) + Remove HookGenPatcher dependency

If you have some time, could we please have this amazing mod updated so it doesn't rely on the old obsolete HookGenPatcher as well as have it updated for the current game version? Would super appreciate, you made something really cool here! Thanks so much for considering!
