Hi, very cute doodle 😄 Take the color of the HDRi at the very edge where it meets with the water. which is like ice blue in this case. Then adjust the density to your liking. |

Well, The fog is just one color, and it doesn't affect the skybox. so sadly it wont match with the HDRi perfectly. 😥
The other way around is to use a skybox shader that has a dedicated fog color, which you can tweak to match with the environment fog color.
You can try this free but awesome shader, which has the fog effect in skybox. FREE Skybox Extended Shader
