Please add a License for KEMET #24

Description

Hello again @Matteopaluh!

I was hoping to use KEMET as a dependency in a package I'm working on, but noticed that KEMET currently doesn't appear to have its own license file (the KEGG one just covers the KEGG data, to my non-expert understanding). Without its own license, it's technically challenging for anyone to utilize KEMET in their own work, as the legal default (in absence of a license covering the software) is quite restrictive.

Thus, I was hoping you could add a license covering your software? For example, permissive licenses such as MIT or BSD will allow/clarify how others can build upon your work while ensuring you get proper credit, etc!

If you didn't already know how, on GitHub you can add a license by clicking "Add file" > "Create new file" and typing "LICENSE" in the filename box, and the GitHub web UI will then helpfully display a button to let you choose a license template from one of the common software licenses.

Anyways, thanks again for your work!

Cheers,

Drew
