stepmania will sometimes fail to parse the first beat at the end of a chart #28
Description
if you make a chart and leave the last note of the chart on the first beat of a measure
and then convert the chart to fnf (legacy or vslice)
that note will get deleted
putting notes on the rest of the measure will parse the rest of them just fine
(apologies for this shitty way of putting up an issue my internet went out and i can't send files
luckily this kind of thing takes less than 10 seconds to reproduce
