Hello :),

I'm new to mri analysis (so it's probably a silly question) but i would like to know if it's possible to run a ROI analysis in PLS ?
Because I saw in the "User Guide" that it's possible to use ROI values as data(appendix B) and then with the result use the plotroi tool to plot bootstrap result of ROI analysis (appendix C)

Hi Sonia - you can indeed analyse ROI data, or any data for that matter where you can string it out in a vector. So long as you remember the mapping you can transfer the PLS results on to an ROI template. The plotROI routine does that for a particular mapping but there are many others. Let us know if you need further guidance on how to do that.
