Missing recipe for Blitz Mote using Blitz Essence

You are able to craft Blitz Seeds from Mystical Agriculture and was able to use its essence before 1.5.1, after updating it is now useless alongside Blizz Essence and Basalz Essence(which Basalz drops have no use for progression).
