apparatus rdg with @source attribute

When a reading has a source attribute, the XSL doesn't render the bibliographic referene doesn't appear. When using a <note> inside the <rdg> the bibliographic reference renders correctly because it is explicitly inserted.

What needs to be done is to make the <rdg> element work with a @source

I have made a temp fix at lines 220–224 of htm-teidivapparatus.xml. Please delete these lines when you have implemented the above fix (presumably in the template named "sources" in the same file).

The Epidoc stylesheet handles <rdg> and <lem> that have a @resp attribute. I've modified the stylesheets so the display also works for when <rdg> has a @source attribute. Do we also want to handle <lem> when it has an @source attribute? As it now stands, the display doesn't include the year and it isn't a link.

This script is applied with the parameters $parm-edn-structure=('inslib', 'sample') or $parm-leiden-style = 'medcyprus'" I wonder if I should break out medcyprus separately given that we have changed the display for both @resp and @source quite a bit - no link, no year.

I note that we reserved judgement about displaying the year when there is more than one citation by the same author. There don't seem to be many.

Work mostly happening in: htm-teidivapparatus.xsl at l. 211 (template matching <rdg>) and at l. 262 (template matching @resp and @source)

Clarification: as discussed today, we will need to disambiguate cases where the same surname appears in two or more bibliographic entries in the same EpiDoc file. (Even if not cited more than once in the apparatus.)

Specifically: when you're resolving an @source in the apparatus, if more than one of the <bibl>/<ptr>/@target resolve to an entry in bibliography.xml with the same <author>/<surname>, then add the year of publication to the surname in the apparatus entry. (I think I would use a variable to test for this in the XSLT…)

An example of this is the three publications by Papageorgiou (1965, 1975, 2003) in MedCy 043.021.
