About conformance tags

I’ve seen tags like Conformance Errors and Conformance Warnings appear in the General section.

Is it technically possible for them to appear in other sections (Video, Audio)? Or are these tags exclusive to General?

They appear wherever there are conformance issues.

Any section. For example, if there are conformance issues in ADM or AAC then it'll appear in Audio section. The ones in General section are issues in the container part.
