[1.19] Randomium is not respecting blacklisted mod config OR blacklist tag

as it says on the tin, Im trying to make the randomium not pull from specific mods and other items, but it seems to be pulling them anyways even though it worked in the past. Im using Kube to add the items to the tag which successfully adds them to the tag, but it still pulls the illegal items. the tag Im using is randomium:blacklist
